At Pullis, we are committed to providing a reliable and high-quality shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window

Returns are accepted only within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition

All tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact

A valid bill / proof of purchase is required

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Damaged product

Missing parts

Incorrect item received

⚠️ Returns will NOT be accepted for any other reasons (such as dislike, change of mind, or unmet expectations).

⚠️ Customers are advised to carefully review the product before placing an order.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To ensure transparency and prevent misuse:

A complete 360° unboxing video is mandatory

The video must clearly show from package opening to full product inspection

Edited, cut, or altered videos will not be accepted

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us without delay.

Return Shipping Charges

For eligible returns (Damaged, Missing Parts, or Incorrect Product):

Pullis will bear the return shipping charges

⚠️ Returns are not accepted for any other reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items

Sale items and gift cards

Hazardous or flammable materials

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way is to return the item (if approved) and place a new order.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo inspection

If approved, the refund will be processed

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

If you do not receive the refund within this period, please contact our support team.

Refund Method (COD Orders)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI only

Customers must provide correct bank account details or UPI ID
